Does anyone have the coupon code so I don't have to pay the $10 handling fee? My friends and I want to go but they charge like $10 handling fee PER ticket. There's 4 of us so that's an extra $40 for handling. That's a rip off.
F@CK Face Entertainment!!! I went to both the autograph session and show. Face Entertainment wouldn't let anyone take photographs!! I understand if they don't let you record video clips but common.... not even a photo? Their staff were constantly going up to audiences and telling them that they can't take a picture and it was so disturbing to keep hearing them! Their staff were rude, unprofessional and unorganized. The website said the show starts at 8PM but on the ticket it said 8:30 and it didn't start until that time. Dayo Wong's performance was wonderful but the show ended before he could do his encore part cause based on union regulations, the show had to end at 11PM. So Dayo had to quickly come out to the stage to apologize and end the show. Face Entertainment totally failed organizing this. THe show was on a Sunday so I don't understand why they didn't start the show at an earlier time so that Dayo can do the encore part. Face Entertainment should have consulted Dayo Wong to see how long his show would last so they can arrange the time accordingly. Also, they could have cut out the lion dance part. I hope Dayo Wong will be back in SF in the future but I hope it's not Face Entertainment that's organizing it again cause I got ripped off by Face Entertainment!!! Boycott their future shows! They also charge a lot for processing fees!
